Walter J. Celley
Picture of Walter Celley Walter J. Celley graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1987. Prior to attending law school, he spent 9 years in the grain business, primarily in grain elevator operations. He has a degree in Agri-Business from Owens Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University. Following graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable John W. Potter, Judge of the United States District Court, for two years before entering private practice in 1989. Mr. Celley has practiced law in Perrysburg since 1989.
Mr. Celley is admitted to practice before the Court, Boards and Agencies of the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, the Toledo and Lucas County Bar Associations and the Wood County Bar Association.
Mr. Celley holds appointments as Solicitor for Waterville and Monclova Townships, in Lucas County, Ohio. He also serves as counsel to the Perrysburg School District Board of Education. He is a Director of the Wood County Regional Airport Authority.
Dawn E. Sanderson
Picture of Dawn Sanderson Dawn E. Sanderson obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. While attending the University of Toledo, she was a law clerk at the law firm of Handwork and Williamson. Thereafter, she became a partner at Handwork, Sanderson and Kerscher, LLP, practicing in the areas of trust and estate administration, guardianships, federal and state estate and gift tax matters. Ms. Sanderson received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo, concentrating in Business Administration and Legal Studies.
Before moving to Northwest Ohio with her family in 1985, Ms. Sanderson attended Indiana University and worked primarily in the banking industry.
Ms. Sanderson’s practice areas focus on estate planning and probate administration, which includes estate, trust and guardianship matters. She also practices in elder law, small business entity creation and planning, collections, real estate transactions and limited domestic relations matters. Ms. Sanderson is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and in all Courts and Agencies of the State of Ohio. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Toledo and Lucas County Bar Associations and the Wood County Bar Association.
