- Walter J. Celley and Dawn E. Sanderson formed the law firm of Celley & Sanderson LLP in 2003. Celley & Sanderson LLP represents clients in the type of legal matters most Northwest Ohio families or small businesses will encounter. Our strengths are in the civil practice areas of real estate, family law, estate planning, probate, small business and landlord representation. We have the experience and capability to handle civil litigation cases in state and federal courts.
- We represent a number of Northwest Ohio credit unions, two townships, a local public school district, and college housing communities. We have expertise in business and loan collections, foreclosures, representation of bankruptcy creditors and landlords. We assist our clients in establishing small businesses and buying or selling businesses. We are skilled in all manner of real estate matters, including residential and commercial transactions, zoning, planning, land use and condominium associations.
- A substantial portion of the firm’s practice is devoted to family law, including divorce, dissolution and child custody. We are experienced in wills, trusts, estate planning and probate practice.
